The Cohen Group has just sold a ±13,248 square foot freestanding multi-tenant industrial building located at 2600 Temple Heights Drive in Oceanside, CA. This was a leased investment sale to a 1031 exchange buyer. The Cohen Group would like to thank Ross Fippinger of CBRE who represented the Buyer in this transaction. The Cohen Group undertook a major refurbishment of the entire property and then brought it back to the market for sale.The Cohen Group is actively seeking "Value Add" office, industrial and retail acquisitions from $3 to $30 million.
