Connor is a member of the Asset Management team at the Cohengroup Real Estate. His responsibilities include financial analysis, project and portfolio reporting, and capital/lender relations as well as assisting in acquisition, due diligence, entitlement, and construction efforts.

Connor graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor's in Real Estate Development from the Price School of Public Policy and a Master's in Construction Management from the Viterbi School of Civil Engineering. During his time at USC, Connor competed on the USC Division One Men's Water Polo team, where he won 3 MSPF titles and was ACWPC All-Academic all of his competing years.
